Time Out from Leftist Insanity

Sorry I haven't had time to rant recently. It takes time to send kids off to college, do yard work, run a business and have a life. It really feels necessary sometimes to tune out all the insanity of politics and not have to deal with liberal ideology. But, that's their strategy - bark loud and bark often and those of us who aren't rabid dogs will tune out the noise and stop paying attention. Well, it works. I am turning off the sick, feeble minded libs for a short time so I can enjoy life and concentrate on all the fabulous things I've been blessed with. The nasty, hate filled liberals who hide behind a false cloak of "we care", can spew their venom all they want, I won't be listening. In fact, that's probably one of the things that drives liberals nuts, that conservatives don't respond to their outrageous behavior with like minded fervor. Conservatives are, for the most part, level headed, fair-minded, hardworking people with jobs and families and spiritual faith. So when the left makes up their stupid lies and anti- American propaganda, e.g. Michael Moore, we just silently shake our heads and patiently wait for the next election where we can minimize these idiots. This angers the left because to them, since they didn't hear a major outcry of resistance to their propaganda, they assume that everyone agrees with them. Wrong. Another example of the insanity and immature self-mindedness of the left. They don't get it and they won't ever get it. e.g. Howard Dean, 99% of Hollywood and the mainstream media. e.g. The Cindy Sheehan story.

In case we tune out to the point we forget what the left is about, here's a quick reminder of what they stand for:

1. Hate George W. Bush, love anyone who professes hatred for George W. Bush.

2. Hate any and all conservatives, love progressively grows the farther left ones ideology goes, ie. socialists, communists, anarchists.

3. Hate religion, especially Christians and Jews, love atheism, and all religions that hate Christians and Jews.

4. Hate traditional family values, love all forms of alternative lifestyles, especially those that result in difficulty sitting down.

5. Hate economic progress and prosperity, love doom and gloom - makes people scared and dependent on government.

6. Hate traditional education, love alternative systems that are self esteem based, and that center on feelings, leftist propaganda and revisionist history.

7. Hate "the melting pot", love pot.

8. Hate talk radio, the internet and Fox news, love CBS, CNN, NBC, ABC, 99% of Newspapers, and Hollywood.

9. Hate human population, love animals of all kinds, especially those that hinder or eat humans.

10. Hate human influence on mother earth, love the thought of mother earth and nature without humans.

11. Hate free and fair elections, love one world socialism, and total governance by elites - who know better.

12. Hate the military, love trying to talk and reason as their throat is being cut by bad guys.

So there's a little overview of what the left stands for. I'll post more as I think of them. Time to get on with life.

For not the first time, you confused me. I thought the Flyover House was one of about a hundred or so houses that still supported Bush's War. Why were you helping them off to college rather than to basic training?

Anonymous said...

Maybe.....because his kids are adults and can make their own choices as to whether to go to college or serve in the armed forces? Hopefully, Jeff, you're gay, or impotent, or sterile, whatever...just so you're not a parent. Scud, love your "12 Commandments" on being a liberal puke. What's really going to be awesome is when 2008 rolls around and the dimwitted morons of the Dumpocraps nominate Hitlery to run for President. Another crushing defeat for the hate-America, leftist trash. Like you say, they are largely unnoticed these days but just like herpes, which most of them suffer from, they keep coming back from time to time.

Jeff, you should know by now that the pussy-assed cowards on the the right don't support the war through actual military service.

1. They do it by spewing baseless rants designed to tear down self constructed straw men.

2. They do it by praising sacrifices of others while doing none of their own.

3. They do it by plastering yellow ribbon magnets on their SUVs

Thanks bob, remember no matter how loud or vicious they bark, there are more of us than of them - that makes them crazy. Jeff, nobody needs to help you to be confused. You're doing a great job all by yourself! And dick, you're just sad, but just for you, I'm going to get a nice big yellow ribbon and put it on my gas guzzling, environment ruining, protester crushing Suburban and think of you pathetic lefties everytime I squish one of mother earth's friends from the forest floor at 70 mph while participating in a booming economy, creating jobs and wealth for others and myself and supporting the government and system that provides me the opportunity to enjoy these luxuries. Have a nice day.

bob: I don't fault anybody who discourages their children from participation in a misguided war, a perfect storm that formed when a Bush family grudge met neo-conservative ideologues in the wake of an unrelated terrorist attack.

dick: I can't help but notice the scarediest people in America are those who live furtherest from where the terrorists want to strike. (Hint: The suburbs of Bloomington, MN are NOT on the list) With pitched emotions, they've compiled an enemies list that would make Richard Nixon proud. As far as I can tell it includes all Muslims. I mean, Cat Stevens was detained and forced to leave the country - oh will we ever hear the sweet strains of Banapple Gas again? With a list that long, it's necessary to use a lot of other people's children in the Glorious War to Resubjugate Brown People.

scud: Last I checked, Minnesota was one of us, not one of them. Thanks for contributing electoral votes in the good guys' column. Now if we can only convince Ohio they're not part of the Confederacy we can rid Washington of this neo-con scurge.

Your faith-based "facts" stand anathema to reality-based data points. Minnesota is trending bluer, not redder. According to SurveyUSA, Chimpy's approval rating is now 39% - down 10 points since May 10. Among adult Minnesotans, his DISapproval rate is now at an all-time high: 59%.

Red and blue denotes Republican vs Democrat, not just the President's rating. Minn has certainly trended Republican over the last decade. Congressional representation is split evenly, a Republican replaced Paul Wellstone and they currently have a Republican governor. Want to give us some less selective facts next time?

scud said...

Unfortunately, to lefties like Jeff, up is down and white is black. Facts are fluid and can be twisted and reshaped to support any fantasy they want. Just look at any Demoncrat, except maybe Zell Miller, Scoop Jackson and a few others throughout the past thirty years and you have a litany of lies and propaganda that rival that of the old Soviet Union. Of course that's where the party leadership still gets its marching orders. And the useful idiots like Jeff blindly follow along not even caring that they are on a mission to destroy the greatest system of government and country ever conceived throughout world history. But to them it really doesn't matter as long as we can abort babies, smoke dope, weaken the military, redistribute wealth, and teach children the gospel of evolution and the evils of capitalism and religion, then the world will be a beautiful place.

It's true that Minnesota has traditionally been a blue state, but that is changing. We are one of the highest taxed states in the country and the socialists in the state houses are being replaced by conservatives. The limousine liberals in the 3 large cities and their slaves of the non-working class, addicted to government handouts, can no longer hide the flame of truth behind the veil of the liberal media. We will prevail and all the lies and attempted voter fraud of the left won't be able to compensate for the truth.

You guys are perfect Republicans. When confronted with unfavorable information, you change the subject. The conversation was about presidential politics. Chimpy's election results and temporal approval ratings are relevent data points. What do Minnesota state representatives have to do with electoral votes? (Hint: nothing)

flyover: this may surprise you, but - unlike you - I'm a firm believer in the market as the best tool to affix value of goods and services. If you're looking for ties to the old Soviet Union, then look no further than the neocons in Washington. Their desire to sieze public money so they can spread democracy at the barrel of a gun certainly parallels the Trotskyist dream of global revolution.

Thanks for telling us what the conversation was about and doubly confirming your inability to stick with facts. The conversation was about the left -- check the top. I don't know if you comprehend this, but Bush is not running for reelection, so showing his polling numbers is irrelevant to which way Minnesota is going. The wind is blowing Republican.

Anonymous said...

anonymous: flyover responded to me after I thanked Minnesota for its electoral votes. Since that state offers no allure, I care little for its politics beyond its contribution to the electoral college. If the wind is blowing Republican, then how do you explain Bush's 39% approval rating in Minnesota? His inelligibilty for re-election hasn't dampened enthusiasm for his presidency in the Bible Belt nor in Utah and Idaho. Bush is the face of Republican politics; his policies are in synch with the Evangelical Right. What's not to love?

What exactly is the "gospel of evolution?"

Anonymous said...

Good question. What is the gospel of evolution? It sounds biblical....

scud said...

As the intellectual giants that you are, I'm sure that you understand that it takes a lot more faith to believe in something that is mathmatically and scientifically impossible rather than belief in a theistic origin to existance. I'm sure you would call ID a simplistic crutch for mental midgets, but when you truly look at the science of something from nothing, it takes a lot of faith to believe in that. Therefore, your gospel, evolution, the cornerstone of atheism. Good luck with that.

Normally I find you disingenuous but now you've sunk to an all-time low. At best your depiction of evolution is a straw man, at worse an out right lie. Evolution models changing genetic frequencies over time which means it requires DNA. Your contention that it models something from nothing is a pure straw man - nothing more, nothing less. Now please return to the tenth grade and this time take your fingers out of your ears...

scud said...

Jeffery, buddy, there is a difference between a straw man and a fantasy, my fingers have been out of my ears for a long time, maybe you should try to take your hands off your eyes. As I said, believe what you want to, and Godd luck with that.

Nobody "believes" in scientific theory. Affection for one particular framework will surely lead to disappointment as it is superseded by another. As Evolution replaced Lamarckism so too shall it be replaced. A theory must explain all relevent observations and it must make accurate predictions about the results of future observations. DNA's discovery post-dated Darwin, yet he accurately predicted a mechanism for biological change. Like scientists in any field, biologists are baffled by phenomena that don't quite fit the model -- female orgasms come to mind. The best way to supplant a theory is to propse an alternative that makes a prediction that is impossible under the status quo. Should that prediction come to pass, then the alternative model will become either engulfed by the standard (at the expense of some aspect) or it shall reign supreme. Those who "believed" in that which was lost will surely be disappointed. That's okay. Most scientists who will roll up their sleeves and carry on. There is always plenty of work to do.

Aye carumba Jeff, are you off the deep end or what? I get a migraine just reading this nonsense. Are your endless rants the product of illegal substances coursing through your brain? Let me guess: you come from a broken home, you're a college student majoring in liberal arts, you've never held a real job, you're either unemployed or underemployed, and close friends are few and far between. How close am I? One last thing, I bet you have a poster of Ward Churchill hanging on your bedroom wall.....

Anonymous said...

This seems like a fun game Bob. Let me see if I can describe you.

You're a fat, stupid high school graduate who understands absolutely nothing about the scientific method, or science in general. That's why it hurts your pea-brain so much. You go by the name of "Bob" because "Robert" is too hard for you to spell. You have a fat ugly wife and children who are as dumb as you are. You work in a dead end nowhere type of job. The only reason passers-by can't see the old appliances rusting on your front porch is because the lawn hasn't been mowed yet this summer. How close am I? Oh, and you have a black velvet painting of either Elvis or Jesus hanging in your mobile home...probably both.

Anonymous said...

bob: Given your aversion to tools that help model reality, it's not surprising to see you batted just sixteen percent: my degree was in liberal arts. I'd tell you more but it would make your head spin...

Did you stop drinking? You're suddenly coherent. ;-)

Uh oh, Big Dick and Jeff got me pegged. You're spot on, on most counts. You guys are good, simply amazing. However, the paintings are done in crayon and I did mow my yard...last summer.

I should do a profile on Big Dick, but just thinking about the possibilities makes me nauseated. I think I'll pass.....

Anonymous said...

Go on Bob, give it a shot. I'll let you know how accurate you are.

Apparently I profiled bob in the faith-based universe. I don't seem to recall doing so amongst the carbon life forms...

["What's really going to be awesome is when 2008 rolls around and the dimwitted morons of the Dumpocraps nominate Hitlery to run for President. Another crushing defeat for the hate-America, leftist trash."
Taken from Bob's post at the beginning of the thread.]

I would be very gratified if you would please present the reasoning behind your descriminating against me as a democrat. I support the president and this country aa a citizen of our country, but being stereotyped as "leftist trash" makes me a little skeptical about why I am loyal to these values. I am also able to vote in 2008, I would like to know, without any skepticism, exactly why I should not nominate Hillary Clinton to be our next president.

Thank Your in advance for your response,
Ethan, Leftist Trash
