They Shoot Traitors, Don't They?

TRAITORS
I'M TYPING TONIGHT IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE I'M SCREAMING MAD! THEREFORE YOU MUST READ OUT LOUD, YELLING, TO TRULY GET THE FEEL FOR THIS POST. THE LOONEY LEFT HAS COMPLETELY GONE OVER THE EDGE AND NOT JUST BY A LITTLE BIT. THIS IS ALL OUT KOOL-AIDE SWILLING MADNESS. THE CRAP COMING OUT OF THE LEFT IN THIS COUNTRY IS NO LESS THAN OUTRIGHT TREASON! HOW CAN JOHN "NANCY BOY" KERRY AND HOWARD "I HAVE A SCREAM" DEAN, GET AWAY WITH AIDING AND COMFORTING THE ENEMY WHILE OUR COUNTRY IS AT WAR?! A FIRING SQUAD WAS THE APPROPRIATE RESULT OF STATEMENTS LIKE THIS NOT THAT LONG AGO. DNC CHAIRMAN, DEAN STATED IN A RADIO INTERVIEW THAT THE WAR IN IRAQ WAS UNABLE TO BE WON AND THAT IT WAS ANOTHER VIET NAM IN WHICH THE TROOPS SHOULD HAVE BEEN WITHDRAWN MUCH EARLIER TO AVOID FURTHER CASUALTIES. APPARENTLY, MR. DEAN HAS FORGOTTEN THAT VIET NAM WAS A DEMOCRAT WAR MICRO MANAGED AND SCREWED UP BY JOHNSON AND MACNAMARA FROM THE WHITEHOUSE. AND WHILE NOT PRETTY, WAS ENDED BY A REPUBLICAN. THEN THANKS TO THE DEMOCRATS IN CONGRESS, 1.6 MILLION PEOPLE WERE LEFT DEFENSLESS AND WERE CONSEQUENTLY SLAUGHTERED BY THE COMMUNISTS. MAYBE THAT IS WHAT GOOD OLD HOWIE IS HOPING FOR! THEN ONE OF THE SCARIEST MORONS IN CONGRESS, JOHN F-ING KERRY CALLS OUR TROOPS TERRORISTS FOR GOING HOUSE TO HOUSE SEARCHING FOR THE BAD GUYS. DUHH, JOHN, OF COURSE WE WANT THE IRAQI FORCES TO BE ABLE TO DO THE DIRTY WORK, BUT UNTIL THEY ARE READY, WE HAVE TO DO IT! GEEZ! ARE ALL LIBERALS SO BLINDED BY THEIR HATRED OF GEORGE BUSH AND ANYTHING CONSERVATIVE, TRADITIONAL OR RESEMBLING HEARTLAND VALUES, THAT THEY CAN'T SEE STRAIGHT?!

OK, MAYBE A FIRING SQUAD IS A BIT OUT OF DATE, BUT THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT SHOULD BE LOOKING AT SOME OF THESE STATEMENTS AT LEAST FOR POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS OF EXISTING SEDITION LAWS. WHAT IS BEING STATED AS THE MAINSTREAM DEMOCRAT POSITION ON IRAQ IS NOTHING SHORT OF COMFORTING TO THE HEADSCARVED MANIACS THAT WANT TO KILL US. THEY KNOW THEY CAN'T WIN MILITARILY; ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS KEEP DEAN, KERRY, PELOSI, MURTHA, ETC. ARMED WITH THEIR PROPAGANDA AND THE LIBS ALONG WITH THE MSM - AL JAZERA WEST, WILL TRY TO WIN THE WAR FOR THEM. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. I'M CERTAINLY NOT, BY THE WAY, ADVOCATING THAT ANYONES FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS BE HINDERED. GO AHEAD DISAGREE, SAY WHAT EVER YOU WANT, BUT BE WARNED THAT THERE ARE, OR SHOULD BE, APPROPRIATE CONSEQUENSES TO THE SEDITIOUS VENOM THAT YOU ARE FREE TO SPEW.

THEN AGAIN, MAYBE HOWARD DEAN, KERRY AND THE REST ARE MEARLY ELEMENTS IN ANOTHER CLEAVOR ROVE STRATEGY. THEY MAY SECRETLY BE REPUBLICANS SENT TO BLOW UP THE DEMONCRATS FROM WITHIN, ENSURING REPUBLICAN CONTROL FOR THE NEXT CENTURY. IF THAT IS THE CASE, IT'S BRILLIANT, BECAUSE THAT WILL BE THE RESULT.

I believe it was Nam Vet who claimed flyober guy posts his own ideas rather than rush lardbaugh's. Now we know that isn't true. Yesterday on his radio program, Lardbaugh claimed that John Kerry called US troops "terrorists." In reality, Kerry said he didn't like the idea of US troops breaking into Iraqi homes and "terrorizing" women and children. Kerry ought to sue him for slander. Of course, his lawyers will have to prove that lardbaugh knew his assertion was factually wrong. Given the rightard's limited mental capacity, it will be easy to argue that he didn't know the difference between to multisyllabic words that share the same base.

Even the notion that Kerry and Dean committed a capital offense was stolen. Yesterday Michael Reagan claimed Dean should be "hung for treason." His crime? An interjection of reality. I don't mean to insult the scud family who have served so well to achieve victory in Iraq, but the war as Bush has framed it is NOT winnable. The best we can do is contain the damage. The US should pull back troops to the North and South. It should establish demilitarized zones over the Kurdish and Shia regions. From bases in less hostile terrority, the US can contain the mess while the nutjobs in Iraq work out their differences (probably with all the guns we've handed them.)

I myself don't condone violence against those who feel this war is unwinnable. However, since you are, my I suggest that the first person you put up against the wall is our treasonous leader. On August 31, 2004, in response to a question from Matt Lauer asking whether the US could win the war on terror, George W. Bush said, "I don't think you can win it, but I think you can create conditions so that those who use terror as a tool are less acceptable in parts of the world."

READY...AIM...FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!

bob: the dichotomy was created by the White House. They claim guys like me are "in what we call the reality-based community," which means people who "believe that solutions emerge from judicious study of discernible reality." Liberalism was a product of Enlightenment and I remain a proud disciple.

Conversely, the White House relies on faith. Before he could bring himself to pull the trigger - as his rationale for war was falling to pieces with inspectors on the ground in Iraq - President Bush strolled across the lawn and asked Jesus what he would do. The Lord said, "bomb the brown skins" and a complete mess was formed.

As usual Boob has nothing of substance to add to this conversation. Just baseless attacks on people who disagree with him. So weak, so very weak.

Americans have a choice,

shoot the cabal behind Mess'opotamia, or

let the world do it for us.

Let me see here, save the thieving cabal in the Whitehouse at the expense of everything good about the US, or

toss a few to the wolves in order to save the US and American souls.

I say, pitch the few to save the many.

Seriously guys, you are entertaining! It's like smacking a hornet’s nest with a stick and watching the results.
Vet, first, thank you for your service. I have nothing but the utmost respect for anyone who has served. I was too young for the draft, but would have gone if called. In the late 70's I was a typical college student; ideologically lost and voted for the biggest loser ever to walk in the Whitehouse, Jimmy Carter. I hadn't had my epiphany yet as to the insanity of liberalism. Unlike most of you, I figured it out. It is a typical leftist argument to say that you can't support the war if you haven't been there yourself. This of course is lunacy. Having been there, can you not admit that when prissy boys like Kerry and Dean denigrate our forces facing harm every day, giving encouragement to the enemy is not harmful to the people there? If you can't agree with that, then you've suffered the same mental damage that Kerry, and Murtha have suffered, turning their backs on the military for their own political gain. And yes, we "THE BACKBONERS" of this country realize this and won't let the America haters win. Why don't you guys get yourself a nice towel form target, wrap it around your heads and carry a sign in the street saying what you really think, "Death to Bush, Death to America". Good luck.

Because nothing says "heartland values" like firing squads.
And thank God we have a macho ANG man in the White House instead of some sissy Vietnam vet.
I long for the day when the Iraqi forces will be able to do "the dirty work", as you so succintly put it. I mean, there are so many guys there with experiance in "dirty work" (like, for example, murdering political opponents of their president) that one would think we were the ones who would be learning from them. Go figure.

scud's a backboner??? i had him begged as a "bottom."

????? Sorry guys, ya missed with that one. Just wanted to make sure Jeff knows that I don't listen to Rush. Sorry to spoil your stereotype. I listen to both liberal and conservative radio, and read blogs from both right and left viewpoints, as well as soldier blogs from the real heros of today, the guys on the ground overseas. You guys can rip me all you want, rip GW, conservatives, whatever, but these guys are the real deal, they know what's going on and I choose to believe them. I form my own opinions based on a lot of sources. Unlike many of the over emotional lefty lemmings that stick to "Move On" talking points, I have learned that it's far more rewarding to think for yourself.

Big mouth, big talk. Real fascists don't just fulminate about killing their political adversaries--they do it.

Just another Right-Wing windbag.

scud said...

Anonymous, again, ???. Are you saying that I am a windbag because I don't actually kill political adversaries, unlike real fascists, like you? You make no sense. My guess is that either you spent some time in grad school or you dropped out of school in the 8th grade. Your incoherence is a probable result of either case. You must be a real treat at parties. Good luck!

scud: why would you enlist if drafted but you won't volunteer. You support Bush's War. Why don't you put some boots on the ground? If building Iraqi infrastructure is so important, then go do it. Halliburton needs YOU!

BREAKING NEWS: 'mentalists Are Mad At Bush For Ruining Christmas

flyober: You might not listen to Larbaugh but his stamp is all over this blog. He's infiltrated from somewhere ... probably through drudge.

Anonymous said...

I still want to know why Howard Dean should face a firing squad for saying the war is unwinnable. However, GW says the same thing and you hold him up in such high esteem?????????

Anonymous said...

I'd like to know why John "Two Tours of Duty" Kerry is a 'Nancy Boy' while George "I Nearly Drank Myself To Death In The ANG" Bush is not.

Since Flyober believes - it's always a belief, folks - that the war is winnable, I'd like to see his roadmap for victory. And, puh-leaze, spare me a regurgitation of Chimpy's "plan." It sounds like something Goebels aired as the Red Army bore down on Berlin....

I'm sick and tired of you commie libs coming onto a site like this to express your so called views. I don't think you selfish Volvo drivers understand the damage you're doing. Don't you realize that the dead enders in Iraq were on the verge of surrendering before being emboldened by defeatist talk coming out of the leftist leadership. God bless you Scud. Your insight and wisdom are certainly evidence of divine inspiration.

scud said...

Thank you "vet", points well taken. You're right about the mud, it was uncalled for, but hey, we all have our emotions to contend with and they get the best of us some times. That's why being called a "retard", or as Jeff prefers, "rightard", doesn't bother me. I know that we all have strong feelings about these very serious issues our country, and the world is facing. We just have very different perspectives on how to face those issues. I don't think that you can negotiate with Islamo-fascists who want to kill you because you exist. Having military bases on Islamic soil, or supporting Israel, etc are just excuses used to cover their ultimate goal of global Islamic rule, or death. This has been going on since the 7th century. It's sad, but ultimately the WOT is a clash of cultures, or even civilizations. Our only way to win is to change their culture. By bringing freedom, opportunity, and modernity to a central region in the Middle East, we start to facilitate that transformation. Islamic culture has to be brought out of the Middle Ages through modernization brought on by democracy and freedom. I agree that there has certainly been mission creep in that the initial primary objective has changed. There weren't huge piles of WMD - Everyone thought they were there but they haven't been found. OK. But, in a post 9-11 world, you don't take that chance. Going after Bin Laden and then Iraq was the right thing to do. Now that we're there, you do what's necessary to try to change that environment to prevent further calamity. We are giving the people of Afghanistan and Iraq the chance to form their own democracy, which will hopefully allow the people of those countries to modernize, prosper and participate in a civilized global community. Once those countries successfully make that change, hopefully the rest of the region will follow suit. It's a huge gamble, but if not taken, nothing would change and our national security will forever be threatened by Islamo-fascists left to flourish in those third world theocratic cultures. The left’s shrill rhetoric as exemplified by Dean, Kerry, Murtha, etc is not helping the cause, or even their own objectives. There is a difference between conscientious decent and language that actually hurts the brave men and women who are in harm’s way.

I'm still waiting to hear, from Scud, why Dean, Kerry, etc. are traitors for echoing our flawless leader's words. Perhaps you disagree with the President. Why do you hate America so much?

OK Syph boy, it's a fair challenge. I'll try to use simple words so you might get it although I don't hold out much hope.
GW's comments, in context, were made in reference to the fact that you can't legislate or in anyway, ever eliminate all evil. There are bad people that do bad things, everywhere. For example, during the same period of time the US has been in Iraq, Washington DC has experienced 25% more violent deaths than the military has had in Iraq. Does this mean that we should immediately pull out of DC? Crap happens. Nobody can stop a maniac from walking into a Starbucks and blowing people up. But we can free an oppressed people and give them the chance to establish a working democracy in a region knows little freedom and maybe they will be able to at least stop the promotion of terrorism.
Dean, in context, was clearly referring to the idea that we as a country will not accomplish anything in our mission in Iraq; that we won't be able to help Iraqis form their own democracy, and that we are an oppressor and aggressor rather than liberators and freedom fighters.

Kerry, who has proven many times over that he is a scary man, stated in unambiguous language that American soldiers were terrorizing children and women in the middle of the night, and that it would be better that our Iraqi allies were doing the terrorizing of women and children (What a fool!). GW never said anything like this. Good try though.

I don't know where you get your statistics from. It seems that you dig them out of your asshole. Washington DC murder stats are as follows: 2003/248, 2004/198, 2005/187. Thus the total number of murders in DC for more than the total amount of time we've been Iraq is 633. Significantly less than the 2100+ American soldiers killed in the same period, as well as the countless Iraqis who have also died (but I guess they don't really count being that they're brown). What is it with you conservatives and your blatant lying. I don't know what any of this has to do with Dean and Kerry though. Apparently it was just another opportunity for you to display your ignorance.

I bet you never even listened to Dean's comments, did you? If you had you would have heard the context of his statement. He was stating that vietnamation failed the vietnamese, and he fears we will fail with our half assed attempts at iraqification. thus rendering the war unwinnable. Of course Drudge would have failed to tell you this.

The flip flopping President says one thing one day and the exact opposite the another. First he says we will win this war no matter what. Then he says it's unwinnable. Then he climbs back on the victory bandwagon. I guess it just depends on what meds he's taking on any given day. One day he wants to bring evil doers to justice. Then next day he doesn't care much about Osama bin Laden. You remember Osama don't you Scud? He's the guy responsible for 9/11, in case you forgot.

Kerry was stating that Iraqis should be in charge of their own security operations, not american soldiers. I agree with him. If you disagree, perhaps you should join the service, and go kick in peoples doors in the middle of the night searching for the "dead enders". Oh no, I forgot, you only want other people to do that kind of work.

Mr. Ithurtswhenipee left flyober guy off easy. The population of Washington, D.C. is 572,000. If we consider an average deployment of 140,000 troops in Bush's War, then Iraq is 15 times more deadly than the nation's capital. But this doesn't accurately reflect levels of violence.

A rudimentary comparison of the victims shows that one is trained, equipped and supported to survive in a hostile environment while the other is not. Very few D.C. crime victims are carted off to the morgue in body armor. The D.C. attack to kill ratio is much closer to 1.0 which indicates higher levels of violence in Iraq, i.e., far more attacks.

In order to determine just how full of crap scud is, we need to isolate the effects of contemporary armor protection as well as improvements in battlefield triage. For now it's safe to say he's wrong by at least 40 points but more likely by an order of magnitude.

--
NOTE: My calculation is based on 589 murders in 2003. Bush's War began on 20 March 2003 ergo,
248/365 = x/286 or 589.

Anonymous said...

Clarification:

248/365 = x/286
x = 194

589 is the total for the period:
194+198+197

Bush Administration Caught In A Lie
Flyober Guy Fooled Again

When Bush was touting his Victory In Iraq document, Scott McClellan assured us it was an "unclassified" version of a three year old document. Oh really? If one examines the document in an text editor - I used vi - he finds the name of the document's creator: feaver_p.

So who is feaver_p, the author of the 2003 victory plan? He's Peter Feaver, a Duke political science professor who specializes in public opinion during wartime. He started to advise the NSC in June 2005. Thus McClellan's 2003 strategy plan is at most a six month old P.R. paper.

Jeff,
It doesn't matter how many times this administration lies or misleads when it comes to war. The important thing is that GW never lied about receiving a blow job.
